We have certain standards that must be met to qualify for a return/exchange.  Items must be in new or saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, and must include invoice.  If items are defective or a wrong size we will gladly exchange them without questions.  Returned items may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value of noted price on invoice, otherwise the customer will be given in store credit equal to the current price of items.  In store credit from returns must be claimed within 30 days of the processed return.  The customer will be responsible for return charges and lost or damaged items during shipping (we recommend insurance), but is not required).  All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the items, but could take up to two weeks.  Any protective equipment we will not except returns on.

We value our customers and to show our dedication to customer satisfaction we will gladly refund your money if for any reason you would like to return any (or all) of the products ordered here at Full Contact MMA Gear.  All we ask of you is to let us know the reason for returning, place the invoice that you received from us back into the package with the items, and place it in the mail within 15 days from the time you receive the product(s).  We will always process returns within 48 hours of receiving the items unless otherwise noted.  We do however charge a 15 percent restocking fee. The items must qualify under our Returns/Exchanges Policy as noted above.

We offer a 30-day exchange on all products we carry.  Items may be exchanged for a different size of the same product or items of equal or less value.  In store credit will be applied as soon as the returned product has been processed (usually within 48 hours).  In store credit must be claimed or applied within 30 days of being processed.  Customers will always be contacted when items have been received and again after processing.  All exchanged items must qualify under our Returns/Exchanges Policy as noted above.

To qualify for free shipping the total of the order must meet or exceed 54.99 before shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable).

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
