Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A:
Only if you live in Tennessee, in which case you must pay sales tax as required by law.
Q: What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
A: Most likely the missing item just shipped from one of our other locations, if so the other item will arrive with in a few days of the original package. In the extremely rare case that the item did not ship, please contact customer service from the contact us page, and we will be glad to correct the order for you.
Q: What are your return/exchange policies?

Q: Can I change items or quantities in my order?
A; Yes and No, We will gladly correct your order if it has not already processed and shipped. Once the order has left our possession you would have to place a second order for the other items.

Q: I ordered a product from you but still havent recieved it. What do I do?
A: Directly after you place your order you should recieve and email with a tracking number. If for some reason you did not recieve this email or did not get a tracking number send us an email to info@fatrockinc.com and we will send it to you promptly.
Q: When will my order Ship?
A: Most of our orders ship same day. We have some of the fastest processing times in the industry, but we ensure that all orders are process and shipped with in 48 hours of receiving the order or you will recieve a notice from us describing the issue and will move as fast as possible get the products to you.
Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: Sure we will gladly take your order over the phone. Our Buisness hours are from 10am to 8pm Central Time, Monday through Frinday. Just call 931-510-0296. There is certian circumstances that we may not beable to process your order immediatly over the phone so we always recomend that you use the web site to process the order for the fastest turn over times.
Q: What if the item/size is out of stock?
A: Full Contact MMA Gear attempts to only offer products that are in stock, although due to unexpected large orders, we may run out of stock of a particular item/size. If in any case you order a product that is out of stock we will contact you by email. This is an extremely rare case that we will ever have an item/size showing in stock and it not be.The items that are in stock will be shipped to you and the items that are on back order will be shipped as soon as we receive them. It is our policy to offer you and equal value item or money back in this case.
